Warhammer 40k – Necrons – Dakhma Dynasty

The Dakhma dynasty is led by Nemesor Mahvan'erel, the harbinger death. His mind, however, has  been hacked by his Canoptek Lord Harut, the ever-watchful. Both now follow the guidance of a sinister presence that whispers from the darkness of their fragmented psyche.

The Dakhma dynasty was in charge of experimental weapons and warfare technological research and development. Their Cryptek guilds inheriting much of their fame from the Necrontyr empire.

The Brides of Mahvan are an elite unit of female Lychguard that received a specially cast body to preserve their gender identities, different from most female slaves that where imprisoned in the androgynous skeletal frames of Warriors or Immortals.

The average Necron Warrior from the Dynasty displays a much more refined persona thanks to the experimental protocols guiding them.

The Dakhma Scarab Swarms feature a number of individual and differing designs, always in search of an enhanced or specialized function.

Cryptek Havit’yun, herald of eternity, craft master. His sinister gaze oversees the manufacturing of the experimental models of all canoptek units churned into production inside planet-wide factory-crypts..

Slimmed down and more agile than the regular model, Dakhma Wraiths are both tools of war and manufacturing assistants.

The Destroyer Lord Nassayan, the Blademaster, his mastery over the Destroyer Virus makes him a lethal asset to Harut and Mahvan'erel. His warfare-driven mind always challenges the Cryptek Guild ways of thinking how to destroy and annihilate targets.

Dakhma practises generally steer away from the Triarch's protocols. But the Praetorians themselves are benefited with experiments and enhancements such that they allow the Dynasty to pursue their own goals.

T'akard is a representative from the deathmark clans, currently testing out assassin drones that would enable a single Deathmark to effectively count as many.

The Dynasty prides itself of their C'tan Shards, carefully crafted necrodermis bodies that mimic their original hosts. Havit’yun has developed a series of nano dampening scarabs that help keep the Shards under control without affecting their aesthetics.

Harut has endured the  sleep awake. Tasked by his nemesor with an eternal watch over the galaxy. Over these trillion years he has experience an infinite number of deaths and rebirths, his mind being slowly fragmented. His mind now reminds more of the Necrontyr empire than any, and he has crafted his body to resemble the old death garments of his former living self.

The Dynasty employs many autonomous war-machines, freeing the pilots to perform more important tasks. The Triarch Praetorians, especially, appreciate the effectiveness of the Triarch Canoptek Stalker, that can be deployed in large numbers once mass-produced.

Mighty war machines of the Dynasty have cleared an exodite planet of all life, intensive weapons-testing turning the once beautiful landscapes into a planet-wide wasteland of ruins and radiation.

Warhammer 40k – Chaos Demons – The Cohort of Abutre, the vulture-dragon of the void

Abutre is an ancient Lord of Change, one of Tzeench's firstborns he was cast into the depths of the warp known as the Void. Once he returned, his wings had become featherless and leathery and Abutre had gained knowledge of all of realspace. He could see everything, everywhere.

Upon his return to the Crystal Maze of Tzeench, Abutre selected one Pink Horror to be his servant. M'nto'aeakom has been granted a magical beast to ride, the legendary Sicrax, a giant screamer that grants unlimited powers to any that ride it. Zooming through the warp atop his steed, the pink horror has been elevated in power to that of a Demon Prince, so long as he doesn't fall off from Sicrax.

Abutre needed someone to gather new followers for his Cohort. The first of his heralds was a Gaunt Summoner, warped beyond recognition, he would seek real and warp space for potential members.

Arisyaa, high draconne sorceress of Tzeench, was the first member to join. Coming from a planet where winged lizards are the top of the food chain, she used tainted warp magic to bind these dragons to her will. Abutre watched as she enslaved and twisted the dragons into new shapes. Offering her a promise for power was enough to bring her to the service of Tzeench.
